We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our eam. In this pivotal role, you will lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Duties:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions, training schedules, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to active employment.
- Manage onboarding systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate employee records.
- Conduct new employee orientation trainings covering company policies, employment law compliance, and workplace expectations.
- Support talent management initiatives through employee evaluation processes, succession planning, and training & development programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with new employees by providing ongoing support and addressing onboarding-related inquiries promptly.
- Assist in internal recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates via social media management platforms and cold calling potential prospects.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport across diverse audiences.
- Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee relations enhances your ability to attract top talent.
- Negotiation skills for contract discussions related to employment terms and benefits packages.
- Experience with recruiting required.
- Associates Degree or some college preferred.
- Excellent computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office.
- General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to travel locally for recruitment meetings and employee trainings.
- Must be readily responsive to email and text messages.

Pay: $22.00 per hour.
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week.
